Women Driving Excellence (WDE) is a program developed to feature inspiring women who help start, accelerate, fuel, and steer others to excellence.

WDE was created by two social media mavens MJ Tam and Beth Rosen of the social talk show, ChicagonistaLIVE!. Their mission is to bring recognition to women who exemplify a unique vision, groundbreakers, remarkable women who showcase greatness through their everyday work and distinguished accomplishments. WDE is based on the concept that every women can continue to achieve their goals by opening the door to others, and creating opportunities along the way. 

A #WDE tour to hit New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Dates to be announced soon.

MJ Tam & Beth Rosen are New Media innovators and professional bloggers who are always finding new ways in bridging gaps between the new and old media dichotomy. Both built a strong voice in the Social Influencer community and launched Chicago’s Social Talk Show, The ChicagonistaLIVE Show and has grown since and now a full pop-up digital media company, SparkFete, with a multi-channel network of (about-to- launch) live streams show, including the #ChicagonistaLIVE as the anchor show. #ChicagonistaLIVE has gone live from notable Chicago locations such as the Willis Tower, John Hancock Building, Navy Pier, and more. They also continually produce highly-engaged events such as the annual Women Driving Excellence and Windy City Soiree.

MJ Tam & Beth Rosen are experts in brand & blogger relationships and both are using their years of experiences and partnering with brands to create exciting and effective blogger campaigns. MJ has been blogging actively since 1999 and currently running a thriving site called Chicagonista. Over the years she ran a gamut of collaborative nationwide blogs and were among the first bloggers Google Chicago invited to speak on a “Mothers Know Tech” panel to learn more about bloggers’ digital lives. MJ also produced #BBSummit (Brands & Bloggers Summit) attended by about 200 influential bloggers around the country. Beth Rosen is a former radio personality who created the “Mom Talk Radio” show and hosted the first NBC online podcast called Two BroadsCasting. Beth also spearheaded the BAM (Bloggers at MidLife) Conference for several years. Both MJ and Beth are frequent TV segment contributors, New Media educators, and speakers.
